Our Dee.A.Mond Caffé coffee beans are a blend of several Arabica coffees from the following countries - Tanzania, Ethiopia and several and also from several plantations from South America - Salvador, Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala. We roast the individual species to different degrees of darkness, and then mix them into the mixture.

Taste:
- pleasantly bitter with a hint of dark chocolate, the bitterness does not progress beyond the middle of the tongue,
- decent sweetness
- acidity can be described as lemon/lime. According to tasters, our blend triggers salivation under the tongue and on the cheeks due to its mild acidity, which increases drinkability, i.e. the desire to have another cup.
